Orders ship from Lima, Peru, between 4-7 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the listing. “Pre-Order” or “Made to order” items will ship on the dates or time frames stated on each listing. 

 How long will the package take?

All orders ship through DHL Express service and take between 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. Customs fees imposed by each country are not included in the price, and customers are responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

How can I track my order?

You’ll be provided with an international tracking number so you can check the status of your package every step of the way! You will receive updates of your order through email, and SMS if needed.

 How is my piece packaged?

With care and love :) But more seriously, the pieces are all carefully packaged so you they can travel international waters safely without any damage!

Did you purchase a gift?
